To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Form to obtain a return authorization number. Please note that returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees or restocking fees that may apply.

Please note that we do not accept returns of customized or personalized items, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. We also do not accept returns on Clearance items as well exchanged items.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
